Call Center Representative – Insurance Account – 27K Salary

Job Qualifications:

·         At least high school graduate

·       Candidate must have at least 1 year BPO experience and  must have a good understanding of banking terms. A minimum of 6 months of Fraud or Banking related role is also required.

·         Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

·         Must be willing to work immediately

·        Must be willing to work onsite (ALABANG)


Job Responsibilities:

·         Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

·         Assisting customers by responding to their questions

·         Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

·         Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

·         Providing excellent customer service 24/7
