QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Completed 2 years in college

·         With (3) months and above Call Center Experience (Local or International)

·         Amenable to WORK ONSITE

·         Good communication skills

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

·         Assisting customers by responding to their questions

·         Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

·         Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

·         Providing excellent customer service 24/7
