Call Center Agent (CSR) – With or Without Experience – Work From Home

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least a High School graduate.
  • Must be able to comfortably communicate in English.
  • Must have computer skills with typing speed of at least 25wpm.
  • Must be confident communicating with customers via voice, chat or email.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering customer inquiries.
  • Giving the best solutions and customer service experience based on details provided by the customer.
  • Handling complaints and escalations in an effective and patient manner.
