Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to join our metal fabrication company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.


  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities in the metal fabrication industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, promoting the company and its products
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network and promote the company
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about industry trends, market changes, and competitors


  • Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role in the metal fabrication industry
  • Ability to work in the field, travel to client locations, and attend industry events
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication processes, materials, and products
