Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility is to support turning lead generation into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and growth teams to create and execute on sales programs and outbound lead generation campaigns.
This position requires business development with different regions within the Philippines. Industries include financial services (Bank, Insurance), financial technology eCommerce, and Payment.
We are looking for a quick learner with strong empathy, able to listen to customer needs, solid communication skills, and ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You need to have a strong understanding of the Financial Technology partnership, sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, be methodical and have a metric-driven mindset.
As our BDM for English and Tagalog Speaking for Philippines, you’ll be playing a crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments.
General Role:
The Business Development Manager will be the over-all in charge of developing new business and partnerships with prospective clients; manages customer relationships strategically and develops business plans that would generate sales.
Duties and responsibilities:
 In charge in the formation of business partnerships, proposal reviews and actual business set-up of the company
 Conducts market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
 In-charge of client management and portfolio expansion (generation of new business leads and potential clients)
 Develop a sound business plan for existing and future products of the company
 Develops strong customer relationships to generate high volume of prospective clients
 In-charge of the development, planning, improvement, and execution of all marketing initiatives to increase sales, awareness and brand equity of the company’s products and services
 Manages customer communication (email and calls) and appointments effectively for new opportunities
 Maintains a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, prospects, and presentations
Qualifications:
 Graduate of Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields
 With at least 10 years of work experience in the Business Development unit.
 Business development with different regions within the Philippines. Industries include financial services (Bank, Insurance), financial technology eCommerce, and Payment with a strong sales track records in the last 3-4 years.
 Solid understanding of enterprise credit risk decision solution, eKYC, digital lending, digital fraud prevention, AML, AI/big data and analytics modelling
 Ability to work on multiple projects with strong self-motivation
 Excellent written and oral communication skills. Effective communicator, able to represent the company to external stakeholders.
 Proficient in MS Office
 Actual entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
 Willing to be assigned in San Juan City.
