BUSINESS ANALYST – Up to 30K Salary

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of new solutions or enhancements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  – Must have 2 years and above relevant experience in Business Analyst
  – Experience in SDLC and expose in agile Methodologies
  – Excellent writing and oral skills, and it will be necessary that you have experience with
  data analysis programmer
