Associate Director | Up to 250k Salary

Job Qualifications:

– Bachelors or equivalent (mandatory)
– Masters (preferred)
– 15-20 years experience

Job Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the school’s mission and vision
– Design and deliver strategies in line with the organization’s business plans
– Ensures policies and procedures are country-specific while maintaining alignment to the overall organizations
objectives
– Oversee the financial management and budgeting of the school, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated
and managed
– Collaborate with the Finance Function in developing relevant measurable performance metrics for the country, and
proactively track performance against the metrics to ensure fiscal control, profitability and financial feasibility in the
country
