Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Preparing necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
  • Provide administrative support to staff and managers
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Typing, Microsoft Office
  • Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely both oral and written.
  • Background in P&I is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work some late hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be hardworking, mature, with high sense of responsibility, and can work well under pressure, and obedience to Company policies and procedures.
  • Must have great attention to details.
