Accounting Clerk

  1. Payroll computation and distribution of pay slip.
  2. Invoicing.
  3. Recording of data / transaction related to accounting reports.
  4. Prepares / compute material accountabilities.
  5. Conduct actual inventory and record monitoring of company assets.
  6. Release data / information / record of employees needed for their claims.
  7. Preparation of monthly sales reports.
  8. Implement and comply with all the policies, operational procedures, work instructions and with the requirements of Product Safety and QMS, EMS, SA, Occupational Safety & Health including emergency preparedness and response and GMP & 5’S, Chemical Handling and Waste Management etc.
