Accounting Assistant

Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for Accounting Assistant. They play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records for the clients. They meticulously enter data into the system, ensuring that all information is recorded with precision and in compliance with the clients’ quality requirements and specifications. By diligently performing these tasks, the Accounting Assistant contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting department.


  • A graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related business course.
  • At least 2 years of work experience and/or years of experience in Tax Processes.
  • Knowledgeable in basic PC operations, internet and can easily learn and use client provided applications and software.
  • Ability to analyze facts and draw valid conclusions following the specified client instructions.
  • Hardworking, meticulous, and patient.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles tax administration processing.
  • Handles tax reconciliation processing.
  • Checks accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next case.
  • Performs other requested tasks related to data processing.
  • Adheres to the channel’s standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training when necessary.

Working Schedule:

  • Night Shift
  • Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
