Accounting Assistant

1)  Ensuring Accounting and Auditing Procedures, Policies, Legislation and Regulations are Correctly Followed and Complied with

2)  Bookkeeping and Filing – Disbursement, Receipts, Sales, JV entries

3)  Preparing and submitting of monthly and quarterly government or statutory compliance; Liaises to banks and other institutions

4)  Preparing of Payables, Cash Advances and checking of Liquidation

5)  Preparing and Checking the Cash Advances

6)  Collating, Checking and analyzing the Liquidation Reports

7)  Monitoring of Survey Expenses and Preparation of Statistics

8)   Monitoring of Unliquidated and Liquidated Cash Advance and Preparation of statistics

9)   To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1)  A graduate of BS in Accountancy, BS in Accounting Technology or BS Business Administration

2)  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

3)  With experience related to auditing/accounting field and/or with working knowledge on SAP accounting software is a plus

4)  Proficient in MS Application – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

5)  High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities; Meticulous and attention to detail

6)  Ability to work on deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed

7)  Must be hardworking, committed, honest and responsible

8)  Can work with minimum supervision, team player and fast learner

9) With good communication skills in both oral and written
