Responsibilities:

· Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
· Assisting customers by responding to their questions
· Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
· Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer
· Providing excellent customer service 24/7

Qualifications:

– Can work onsite and good communication skills
– Accounting and Finance Graduate with at least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience (non-negotiable)
– (AR Experience: Related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Account Reconciliation, Banking, Payment Allocation, and Credit Hold)
